Cases of Exchange & Return

1. Exchange & Return Period

   Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Product Condition

   The product may only be exchanged or returned if the package is completely sealed with the original factory cellophane and has not been opened.

   If the package has been opened, the product will not be eligible for exchange or return, in accordance with the conditions and regulations of the Consumer Protection Agency regarding perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, and similar products.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

   The returned order will be received by O2MORNY and inspected by our specialized team. Once the return or exchange is approved, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:

   • An electronic purchase voucher issued through the website.
   • Depositing the refunded amount into the customer's bank account.

4. Incorrect Order

   A product may be exchanged or returned if the customer receives an incorrect order from O2MORNY.

   In this case, the order must be returned to O2MORNY in the same condition in which it was received. The package must remain intact and free from any damage or signs of use.

   Once the returned order is received and inspected, the amount paid will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
