Inspection & Refund Process

The returned order will be received by O2MORNY and inspected by our specialized team. Once the return or exchange is approved, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:
- An electronic purchase voucher issued through the website.
- Depositing the refunded amount into the customer's bank account.
Incorrect Order

A product may be exchanged or returned if the customer receives an incorrect order from O2MORNY.

In this case, the order must be returned to O2MORNY in the same condition in which it was received. The package must remain intact and free from any damage or signs of use.
